Delivery Cut Off Times for UK Orders:

• Monday: Orders must be placed before 4pm for same-day dispatch.

 • Tuesday: Orders must be placed before 4pm for same-day dispatch.

 • Wednesday: Orders must be placed before 4pm for same-day dispatch.

• Thursday: Orders must be placed before 4pm for same-day dispatch.

 • Friday: Orders must be placed before 4pm for same-day dispatch.

• Saturday: No deliveries (orders will be sent out the next delivery day).

• Sunday: Orders must be placed before 11am for same-day dispatch.

• Bank Holiday: No deliveries (orders will be sent out the next delivery day).

Please Note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional courier delays may occur, especially during busy periods. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing orders earlier during peak times. Additionally, for the security of your order, we advise against leaving items in a safe place or with a neighbor. Any changes made to the courier by the customer will not be the responsibility of SC Supplies.

What happens if I am not in to receive the order? If the driver cannot find you to receive the goods, they will attempt delivery again the next day. Normally, two delivery attempts will be made. If the driver is unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered. If you decide not to receive the items, a refund can be made minus the delivery fee and a return fee.

• SC Supplies is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, though we will provide support to our customers in such situations.
