How Long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on the selected
delivery option, but we strive to ensure timely receipt of your parcel. Order
before 4pm on a weekday and 11am on Sundays for next-day delivery. We do not
dispatch on Saturdays or Bank Holidays, but your order will be sent at the

Where is my order?
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional courier delays may occur, especially during busy periods. If you ordered before 4pm on a weekday or 11am on a Sunday, your order will be with our courier, DPD. If you have placed a tracked order, you should have received tracking information via email — it may be advisable to check your spam folder. What is your returns and refunds policy?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please do not dispose of it. Contact our office immediately, and we will guide you on the next steps. Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items. Once products have left our supply chain, we cannot guarantee their quality and storage conditions. We recommend returning items securely packaged to avoid damage. For cancellation, please contact customer services if your order has not been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
